The present General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) contain the rights and obligations of [Igloo.hu Kft.] (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) and the Client (hereinafter referred to as “Client”) using the electronic commerce services provided by the Service Provider through its Website[www.igloo.hu](hereinafter referred to as “Website”) pursuant to Section 2 a) of Act CVIII of 2001 (hereinafter referred to as “Act on Electronic Commerce”).
The purpose of the Website operated by the Service Provider is to sell the services made available on the Website in a commercial manner.
These GTC apply to all contracts and services concluded between the Service Provider and the Customer (hereinafter jointly referred to as the Parties) via the Website indicated above. The Service may be performed in Hungary or abroad. If the Customer acts as a representative of a legal entity or as an individual entrepreneur when concluding a transaction, the Customer declares by accepting these GTC that he/she concludes the contract for the purposes of his/her profession, self-employment or business activity, and thus does not qualify as a consumer pursuant to Section 8:1 (1) 3) of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (hereinafter: Civil Code), nor pursuant to Section 2 a) of Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection (hereinafter: Consumer Protection Act). If the Customer qualifies as a consumer under the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act, the Service Provider shall provide information on the consumer rights and obligations arising from the transaction by means of the Consumer Protection Information and the model withdrawal notice, which are part of these General Terms and Conditions.
All Customers of the Service Provider are entitled to use the services of the Website, provided that they register on the Website validly and successfully and accept the provisions of these GTCs as binding upon them.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION
2.1.The purchase of the service of the product provided by the Service Provider is possible by submitting a request for quotation electronically, as specified in these GTC. In the case of an order placed on any of the e-sites of the Internet, these General Terms and Conditions shall be automatically accepted and shall be considered part of the individual contract, and may not be validly deviated from.
2.2. The Service Provider shall accept the Customer’s offer by means of a confirmation e-mail, which shall expressly contain the Service Provider’s acceptance. If the Customer’s offer includes the embleming of the Product, the “Send Offer” shall be deemed to be a request for an offer only, followed by the sending of the Service Provider’s offer and the Customer’s acceptance of the offer (the contract shall be deemed to be concluded between the parties upon acceptance of the offer). The contract thus concluded between the parties shall be deemed to be a contract in writing in Hungarian.
3. OBLIGATIONS OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER
3.1. The Service Provider is obliged to provide the Service in accordance with these GTC. Unless otherwise provided for in these GTC or otherwise agreed by the Parties, the place of performance shall be the “place of installation” specified by the Customer.
3.2. The Customer shall bear the cost of the carriage. In the event of receipt of the goods as specified in this clause, the Customer may choose one of the following methods of payment when placing the order: cash payment [see below] bank transfer, credit card payment, PayPal.

4. DELIVERY AND PAYMENT TERMS
4.1. The Service Provider shall deliver the product selected and ordered on the Website to the delivery address indicated by the Customer in the order confirmation sent to the Customer by e-mail by the date specified in the order confirmation.
4.2. The Service Provider shall deliver the ordered goods within the delivery time specified in the confirmation signal (by e-mail, telephone or other electronic means) following the order (whether by electronic means or not), which delivery time shall commence on the day following full payment of the service fee, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery shall be made by the Service Provider’s own means of transport. The Service Provider is not able to deliver at a specific time (hour), unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
4.3 If a Customer has an outstanding invoice, the Service Provider may suspend the service until the invoice is paid, and may offset the paid purchase price of the new order against the previous debt. The Customer shall pay interest on arrears in accordance with the Civil Code [Ptk.] in force on the first day of the calendar half-year in which the delay occurred, from the date of the delay. The Customer shall bear all costs arising from the collection of debts.
4.4. The Service Provider is not responsible for checking the physical possibilities of installation [load capacity, water supply, electrical network, fixing points, load capacity]. The Service Provider is not in a position to accept any subsequent complaints regarding defects. In the event of any damage or discrepancy, the Service Provider shall, at the Customer’s request, hand over the goods in itemised form and take a report on the spot.
4.5. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the delivery charge, with the modification taking effect at the same time as the change is published on the Website. The modification does not affect the purchase price of the Products already ordered.
4.6. All delivery terms and conditions in this clause apply equally to orders placed by e-mail, telephone and in person.
5. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
5.1. The Customer is obliged to pay the service fee and take delivery of the goods in accordance with the provisions of these GTC.
5.2. Payment of the service fee:- this obligation of the Customer includes taking all the measures and completing all the formalities necessary to enable payment in accordance with the contract or any legislation, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the Sale of Goods. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties or otherwise provided for in these GTC, the Customer shall make payment before the Supplier makes the goods available to the Customer in accordance with these GTC. The Service Provider may make payment conditional upon delivery of the goods or documents.
5.3. In the case of regular Customers with a long-standing business relationship with the Service Provider, it is also possible, by special agreement, to pay the purchase price in arrears or on time at a time other than the present GTC.
5.4. The Customer shall be solely responsible for complying with any obligations imposed by the legislation of any Member State on the advertising, recommendation, marketing or sale of the product by the Customer to consumers. In the event of failure to comply with these obligations, the Service Provider excludes all liability and may claim compensation from the Customer for any damage suffered by it.

7.1. The essential properties, characteristics and instructions for use of the goods displayed on the Website can be found in detail on the information page of the specific item or, where necessary, in the instructions for use enclosed with the product.
7.2. The prices of the products displayed on the Website are indicated in HUF (gross), including VAT and other public charges and in detail. If you choose the language of the Website (English, German), the prices will continue to be displayed in HUF.
7.3.You can place an order for individual products on the Website after logging in following registration. The Customer can add the selected product to his/her Shopping Cart (summary list of orders) by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button. The contents of the Shopping Cart can be viewed, and its contents (or some of its contents) can be deleted by clicking on the delete icon next to the product. The Customer then enters the delivery and payment method, followed by billing and delivery details. Before placing the order, the Customer can check the details of his order, modify the billing address and select the payment method on a summary page.
7.4.The order is placed by clicking on the “Send offer” button or by telephone or other communication channel. The placing of the order is binding for the Customer and the receipt of the confirmation e-mail creates the obligation to pay as specified in the payment methods.
7.5. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the prices of the products that can be ordered from the Website, with the modification taking effect at the same time as the publication on the Website. The modification does not affect the service fee for the product already ordered. If the Service Provider, despite all due care and diligence, displays an incorrect price on the Website, in particular a price of “0” Ft or “1” Ft that is obviously incorrect, e.g. significantly different from the generally accepted or estimated service price of the product, or a price of “0” Ft due to a system error, the Service Provider is not obliged to deliver the product at the incorrect price, but may offer to deliver the product at the correct price, in the knowledge of which the Customer may withdraw from the purchase.
7.6. The Service Provider will accept the order from the Customer and only if the Customer completes all the fields required for the order in full. If the Customer fills in a field incorrectly or incompletely, the Service Provider will send an error message. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any delivery delays or other problems or errors resulting from incorrect and/or inaccurate order data provided by the Customer.
7.7.
8. CORRECTING DATA ENTRY ERRORS
At any stage of the order and until the order is sent to the Service Provider, the Customer may at any time correct any data entry errors in the order interface on the Website (by pressing the “back” button in the case of the content of the previous page).
9. BINDING NATURE OF THE OFFER, CONFIRMATION
9.1.The receipt of the order (offer to conclude a contract) sent by the Customer shall be confirmed by the Service Provider to the Customer without delay via an automatic confirmation e-mail, which shall contain the relevant details of the order and the order ID. This confirmation e-mail only informs the Customer that his order has been received by the Service Provider.
9.2.If the Customer has already sent his order to the Service Provider and notices an error in the data contained in the confirmation e-mail, he must notify the Service Provider within 1 calendar day. In this case, the Service Provider will modify the order accordingly.
10. PAYMENT TERMS
10.1. The Customer may settle his/her order, after the order has been confirmed, first in cash [HUF, or at the daily mid-rate in the currency published by the MNB [EUR/USD/GBP], by bank transfer, by credit card payment.
10.2. The Service Provider shall automatically process the order by sending an invoice by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the Customer and, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties or otherwise provided for in these GTC, shall deliver the goods to the Customer after the amount paid by the Customer has been credited.
10.3 The Supplier shall issue an invoice to the Customer by electronic means to the e-mail address provided by the Customer (or by post to the address provided by the Customer at the express request of the Customer) after crediting the amount paid by the Customer, depending on the payment method chosen by the Customer. By accepting the GTC, the Customer agrees to the Supplier issuing an invoice to the Customer by electronic means. This consent may be withdrawn by means of a clear legal declaration to the Service Provider to that effect. When the Customer’s invoice or request for payment to be sent electronically is prepared, the Service Provider will notify him/her of this by e-mail. The Customer shall print out the electronic invoice that is not electronically signed and keep it in his books as a paper invoice.
11. RESPONSIBILITY
11.1. The inadvertently published, the Customer Elkertv. 13. §-In the event of information infringing its rights as defined in § 6, the Service Provider shall comply with its notification and removal obligations under the Elkertv. The Service Provider shall also comply with any request from authorities or courts within the statutory time limit.
11.2. The Service Provider excludes all liability for any infringements by the Customer.
11.3. If any activity related to the use of the Website is not permitted under the laws of the Customer’s country, the Customer shall be solely responsible for such use.
11.4. If the Service Provider, in the course of its good faith conduct, finds the report to be justified, it shall be entitled to delete the information or to amend it without delay.
11.5. In the case of non-consumer contracts, the Service Provider shall provide a warranty of 6 months.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
12.1. The Website and its visual, textual and structural design have an individual original character and are therefore protected by copyright.
The Service Provider is the copyright owner of all content displayed on the Website: any copyright works or other intellectual works.

13. OTHER PROVISIONS
13.1. The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally modify the terms and conditions of these GTC at any time with effect for the future. The Service Provider shall inform the Customers of such amendments through the Website. Following the modification, the use of the Website is subject to the Customer’s express acceptance of the modifications through the Website and in the manner provided therein. In the event of a new conclusion of a contract, the Customer who has already concluded a contract may not refer to the content of the previously valid GTC as the contractual practice established and applied between the Parties even in the event of the above information not being provided.
